2. Oil Cleansing (Abhyanga for the Face)

  • Vata: Sesame, almond, or avocado oil.

  • Sleep 7–8 hours, ideally before 10 PM.
  • Practice yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana.
  • Spend time in nature to reduce stress.
